After ten successful years, Managing Director Stève Mérillat is leaving Composites United Switzerland. He has led CU Switzerland since its foundation, making important contributions to networking the relevant stakeholders and promoting high-performance fibre composites in Switzerland.
The board of CU Switzerland thanks him sincerely for his tireless and competent commitment on behalf of our material and our industry.
CU Switzerland is currently looking for a successor and will inform as soon as this is known. Theo Sandu, Deputy Managing Director, will continue to work for CU Switzerland, thus ensuring continuity in the support of our members and projects. The management of the Innovation Booster «Plastics for Zero Emission» also remains guaranteed. Until the end of May, Stève Mérillat will continue to be your contact person in his function as Managing Director of CU Switzerland and Head of the Innovation Booster.
Stève Mérillat will remain true to the themes of innovation and networking in the future, taking over the management of Technopark Winterthur TPW as of 1 June 2023. The TPW offers support, networking and space for start-ups and is part of the Technopark Alliance, the leading institution for young entrepreneurship, innovation and knowledge and technology transfer in Switzerland.
