Every two years, the Swedish Lightweight Network LIGHTer invites you to an international conference on the development of lightweight technologies.
In 2022, the LIGHTer International Conference will take place on 6 and 7 April at Hotell 11 in Gothenburg.
Call for Papers
Papers can be submitted on the following topics:
- Lightweight in fossil-free transportations
- Circular lightweight
- Radical lightweight through multifunctional materials
- Lightweight in infrastructure and energy
Please send your abstracts to info@lighter.nu by 26 November at the latest.
Participation in the conference is free of charge for authors of accepted papers. We look forward to hearing from you!

Trade Mission
Composites United is planning further company visits to the Gothenburg region within the framework of the LIGHTer Conference and will offer an all-inclusive trip (flight, accommodation, hospitality, conference, workshops, etc.) in the near future.
