CU Innovation Day "Service Life of Wind Turbine Blades: Inspection, Repairs & End of Life"

Join us in Bremerhaven for our two-day CU Innovation Day (April 1-2, 2025) hosted by the Fraunhofer Institute for Wind Energy Systems (IWES) in Bremerhaven. The task group Wind Energy of Composites United has invited several experts from industry and academia to discuss the service life of wind turbine blades, including presentations about inspection, repair and end of life treatment. The event will include opportunities for networking and a guided tour of the Fraunhofer IWES facilities.

CU Innovation Day „Tailored Structures"

The CU Innovation Day „Tailored Structures“ focuses on the lightweight design of fiber-reinforced composites with minimal material usage. The aim of the symposium is to promote the use of variable-axial composites with their highly anisotropic properties in relation to the latest advances in the design, manufacture and application of ultra-lightweight structures. Join us on April 15, 2025 in Dresden at the Leibniz Institute for Polymer Research (IPF).
