Composites United e.V. extends its warmest congratulations and deepest respect to Jeanette Scherf, one of the most influential figures in the fiber composites industry, who is retiring after 38 years of dedicated service.<\/p>\n

With impressive consistency and profound technical expertise, Jeanette Scherf has provided significant impetus for our industry over the decades.<\/p>\n

From racing to industrial applications to aviation, her career as a managing director, entrepreneur, and engineer speaks for itself. As (co-)founder of COTESA and most recently as a partner and managing director of Hightex, she has not only initiated groundbreaking projects, but has also always placed a special focus on her team and value-oriented leadership.<\/p>\n

Jeanette Scherf was and remains a key figure in the development of the regional fiber composite landscape in Saxony. We thank her for her innovative strength, her strategic vision, and above all for her humanity.<\/p>\n

On behalf of the entire CU network, we wish her a fulfilling and relaxing time in this new chapter of her life.<\/p>\n
